My second Whole 30 starts tomorrow so I spent much of my day prepping! I start every Whole 30 the evening before making my most favorite Paleo meal, a breakfast Fritatta. I love this recipe because it’s super easy and I can use up leftover veggies from the fridge. I cook it in a casserole dish and cut into 8 squares. This will usually get our family through 2 mornings.

I typically use Pederson’s Bison Sausage as it 90% lean, but this time, I’m going to try it with our Breakfast Sausage. This is hands down my most favorite Pederson’s product.
