Mix all ingredients slaw in a medium sized bowl.
Cook 6 slices of Pederson’s Sugar Free Hickory Smoked Bacon.
While bacon is cooking, make the vinaigrette.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
When ready to serve, crumble the 6 slices of cooked bacon and add to the slaw. Pour vinaigrette over slaw and toss. Goes great with grilled chicken, BBQ pork, or fish tacos.
